Ad Film maker with strong experience and expertise – these are just some of things that executive producer Mindy Tulsi brings to the table. A veteran in the world of ad film makers, she has 20 years of planning, production and post-production under her belt.

Based in Singapore, Mindy boasts of local and international experience in TV, radio and print production. Before she became known as a freelance executive producer/ consultant in India and Singapore, she delivered in a variety of works that most ad film makers can only dream of.

Mindy started out as an executive producer for Animation Art Dubai. She worked on a number of TV productions featuring Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Mirinda and the Disney Channel. She then moved to Phoenix Films Dubai. As one of the ad film makers, she produced videos for Nissan, Mercury, Saudi Telecom and Saudi Arabian Airlines.

In 2004, Mindy took on the role of producer at Film Works Dubai. Not only did she work as one of the company’s ad film makers, she also supervised the logistical and budgetary concerns related with video production.

From here, Mindy became the head of TV and print for Team Y&R Dubai. As one of the corporation’s top ad film makers, she managed her own production team, as well as the production processes of various accounts. As head, Mindy helped generate maximum profits for her clients, which included Ford, Bur Juman, Emaar, Mobily and Warid Telecom.

Throughout the years, Mindy immersed herself in various projects, ranging from animation to traditional commercials. Within the last decade, she has also produced adverts for Pepsi Max, Procter & Gamble and Emirates Airlines. Along the way, her experience has brought her to the top companies of UAE, Saudi Arabia, India and Singapore.

More than her exceptional skills as an executive producer, Mindy stands out above most ad film makers with her language proficiency. She is fluent in English, Malay, Hindi and Mandarin, and has intermediate aptitude in the Cantonese dialect.
